Questions about billing
Is pricing per student?
No. A plan covers the whole institution; the student and staff numbers are limits, not meters. Two schools on the same plan pay the same whether they have 300 pupils or 900.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted — records stay intact and exportable until you choose a plan or close the account.
Can we change plan mid-year?
Yes, in either direction. Changes are prorated against the remaining period, and a downgrade never drops records to fit a lower limit — we tell you first.
How do refunds work?
A first payment is fully refundable for 14 days. After that, annual plans are refunded pro rata for whole unused months. The refund policy has the detail.
Do you take payment at registration?
No. Registration is an application; a platform administrator reviews it and assigns your plan on approval. Nothing is charged before that.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in INR exclusive of tax. Applicable taxes are added at invoicing.
We are a group of schools. Can one account cover all of them?
Each institution registers separately so its data stays isolated and its public page stands on its own. Write to sales@aiutil.in and we will arrange group billing across them.
Can we move our existing records in?
Students import from CSV with a preview that shows every problem before anything is written. For anything larger or stranger, sales@aiutil.in will help.
